Kindly give 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% service fee. This amount reflects our time
devoted to preparing for, and then awaiting, your arrival. Additionally, to receive the full benefit of your MIND BODY WORKS SESSION we suggest that you arrive a little early & devote a few moments to quiet reflection.You are welcome to walk
